Terms of Service
GENERAL:
━ I AM ALLOWED TO REJECT YOUR COMMISSION━ I may be uncomfortable with certain aspects/themes of your commission; I will tell you if so.━ IF YOU HAVE BROKEN MY T.O.S I WILL BLACKLIST YOU FROM COMMISSIONING ME AGAIN.━ I cannot trust you to abide by my Terms of Service again if you have broken it before.━ My motivation heavily affects the speed of your commission's delivery; If I am very motivated I can finish your commission in a matter of a few hours or days. Although if demotivated I will still do my best to deliver your commission by the allotted time range.
FINANCIAL:
— Payment is through PayPal (and in USD) only.— UPFRONT PAYMENT IS REQUIRED— ONE-TIME COMMERCIAL LICENSE FEE OF $100— If you plan to use your commission for merchandise, a fee is required. This fee is exempted from the monetization of videos.— Permission fees can be negotiated/compromised; depending on how big your business is . (Minimum compromise is $50).— NO REFUNDS— Once I start with your commission, Refunds are unavailable.
EXTRA COMMISSION INFO:
— (Recommended) Maximum of Extra characters are 4.— Discussion for more extra characters is available but not guaranteed for agreement.— Complex Backgrounds (+$10)— Complex Backgrounds include scenic environments such as:
>> cities, parks, bedrooms, etc.— flatcolored/Gradient/patterned backgrounds are free by default.— Any type of posing is free! if you have a specific pose in mind, please send in a reference photo!— If you have an Abnormal or unique type of Commission in mind for me to do, we can discuss it and its price over dm's! Prices are based on what is included in the commission and I will have the final say on how much it costs.
