GENERAL:

━ I AM ALLOWED TO REJECT YOUR COMMISSION━ I may be uncomfortable with certain aspects/themes of your commission; I will tell you if so.━ IF YOU HAVE BROKEN MY T.O.S I WILL BLACKLIST YOU FROM COMMISSIONING ME AGAIN.━ I cannot trust you to abide by my Terms of Service again if you have broken it atleast once.━ My motivation heavily affects the speed of your commission's delivery━ I work in sporadic bursts of motivation, often, I can finish a commission in a few days or weeks. however, the speed expected may not be guaranteed. complex commissions such as reference sheets or banners may take months.━ You are free to ask about the status of your commission as many times as you want!━ It may also take a few days before starting your commission, depending on the circumstances.━ If you have a quick deadline for when you want the commission to be finished, I will charge you a rush fee.━ The Final result of your commission will be sent to your designated email address in PNG format.

FINANCIAL:

— Payment is through PayPal (and in USD) only.— I do plan on getting more payment options, however, for right now I can only do transactions on paypal.— UPFRONT PAYMENT IS REQUIRED.— Commercial license fees for merchandise are MANDATOry.— commercial use of your commission requires a commercial fee; this fee varies depending on person to person in regards to the size of their business. the default commercial fee is $100, but can be be negotiated/compromised into another price. The lowest possible commercial license fee is $50.— NO REFUNDS— Once I start with your commission, Refunds are unavailable.— tips are welcomed ! :D

COPYRIGHT:

— I continue to own all rights to the artwork/commission.— I am allowed to use the artwork for display and/or for my portfolios in the future.— NEVER USE your commission for any purposes related to AI, NFT, or crypto.— My watermark is to be kept on the commission at all times.— removal of my watermark will count as a violation against my TOS as it destructs the evidence that I own and created the artwork; this rule only counts though if you're planning to post the full artwork online. the watermark does not need to be shown when cropped on banners, pfps, etc.— Clients are not allowed to take credit for the artwork by any means whatsoever.— When posting the commission online, full credit is mandatory. Credit can be in the form of linking or mentioning my social media.

EXTRA COMMISSION INFO:

— The (recommended) amount of extra characters you can add on to your commission is four.— Discussion for more extra characters is available but not guaranteed for agreement.— Complex Backgrounds include scenic environments such as cities, parks, bedrooms, etc.— flat-color/Gradient/patterned backgrounds are free by default.— Any type of posing is free!— if you have a specific pose in mind, please send in a reference photo!— Slight simplification is part of my artstyle— I may need to take away some details of the character i'm drawing, as it is not part of my skillset to take on drawing characters of extremely complex designs. Although, I will try my best to keep as much resemblance to the original details of the character as much as possible.— If you have an Abnormal or unique type of Commission in mind for me to do, we can discuss it and its price over dm's! Prices are based on what is included in the commission and I will have the final say on how much it costs.
